Joined Michiana Eye Center & Facial Plastic Surgery in March of 2008. Dr. Conner is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease and specializes in primary eye care, pre & post operative care as well as contact lenses. He has a special interest in low vision and low vision aids and will specialize in that area as well.
